By placing your order between October 15 - May 1, you agree to the following terms and conditions and understand the risks involved with shipping live product in cold & freezing weather.

Winter Shipping Terms & Conditions

While we guarantee our product, we cannot guarantee the shipping conditions provided by our carriers during the winter months. We will insulate and add heat packs to your order (free of charge) during colder months, however we cannot guarantee orders will not freeze during transit.

Winter Pick Up Terms & Conditions

If you order is not picked up by 4pm we will place your order outside in our mailbox or insulated cooler bag. We cannot guarantee your product will survive outside in temperatures below 4 ºC.
